The project aims to promote social inclusion through improving the professionalization of people with fewer opportunities, particularly women crafters and micro-sellers facing socio-economic difficulties and additionally, to support the integration of people fleeing the war in Ukraine. The project will empower them through training and certification to participate in equal terms to the European labour market, securing their professional profile, personal actualisation and self-respect.
VITECO acts as the technological partner of the project, with direct responsibility for the development and customization of the digital platform supporting the training activities. The company contributes to the technical design of the training videos and online tools, taking care of implementation, testing, and technical support. VITECO also takes part in coordination and monitoring activities.
