reduced quality of life.<\/p><p>Patients and the general public often search for information online, but they are not always able to distinguish between reliable sources and inaccurate content or information that is not based on scientific evidence. Similarly, health professionals need up-to-date guidance to support self-management, patient communication, and the adoption of more effective solutions.<\/p><p>This is exactly what Digi4MSK promotes: an approach designed to strengthen <strong>health literacy<\/strong>, meaning the ability to understand, assess, and use digital health information.
