They are <strong>joint-stock <\/strong>companies, also in the form of <strong>cooperatives<\/strong>, to which the resources already allocated to innovative start-ups by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.normattiva.it\/uri-res\/N2Ls?urn:nir:stato:decreto.legge:2012-10-18;179!vig=\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Decreto Crescita 2.0<\/strong><\/a> in 2012 are largely attributed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0a0a35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a0a0a35\" To register, a self-certification must be sent telematically to the <strong>competent territorial Chamber of Commerce<\/strong>, which, after due checks, will send confirmation once a year within <strong>30 days <\/strong>of approval of the balance sheet and in any case no later than <strong>6 months <\/strong>after the end of the financial year.<\/p><p>Registration is also available to companies already registered in the special section of the Companies Register dedicated to <strong>innovative start-ups<\/strong>. However, it is necessary to <strong>de-register from that section <\/strong>(a procedure that can be requested by the <strong>legal representative <\/strong>at any time).
