city<\/strong> is an European smart city that manages resources in a sustainable way reducing waste, promotes economic growth and aims to become energy self-sufficient.<\/p><p>This is made possible by the use of information and communication technologies (<strong>ICT<\/strong>), artificial intelligence (<a href=\"https:\/\/pmf-research.eu\/en\/conversational-ai-machine-learning-ai-chatbots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>AI<\/strong><\/a>), the Internet of things (<strong>IoT<\/strong>), <strong>cloud computing<\/strong> and other innovative tools.<\/p><p>In other words: efficient urban transport networks, intelligent energy and water supply, sustainable waste disposal, inclusive public spaces and an interactive noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Council of Europe<\/strong><\/a> recommends the implementation of the above-mentioned solutions from the European active policy framework aimed at inclusion and sustainability.<\/p><p>EU smart cities must focus on <strong>human rights<\/strong>.
