The competitive background of a company’s work today is characterised by a dramatic increase in the complexity of operations. Furthermore, not only is the industry rapidly changing but also the needs of prospective customers, who can be confused within the evolution of technology and also the continuous opening of new markets and sudden arrival of new competitors. For many companies the defensive reaction is an attempt to oppose order to disorder through the scientific division of work and standardisation of products and the relationships between members of the same organisation. JO Group believes, instead, that in such a fast period of change, the successful solution is very flexible and lean organization, able to react quickly to the environmental disorder through organised chaos. In this logic, we have structured the JO Group in business units, focusing entirely on the ability to accumulate knowledge and change it immediately into business opportunities. Our strengths are people and ideas: hard work and the courage to innovate continuously. Moreover, the world asks us every day to be better, faster, cheaper and it’s always necessary to be a step ahead to win this challenge.
In addition, JO Group partners are the e-Medine Observatory (www.e-medine.org), active in the international cooperation, and JO Education (www.joeducation.eu), an accredited training institution. Finally, another branch of JO Group is the JO Lab, a Think Tank on innovations in ICT and energy, it is focused on cross fertilization and involves intelligence and personality of several sectors to promote the implementation of new scientific and technological challenges. |
